Some items, including mystery boxes, kawaii scoops, and customized gift sets, are final sale. For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number at info@majesticboutiquegifts.com and we will work together to find the best solution.

SECTION 7: SAFETY WARNINGS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Decorative Crystal Plush — Not a Toy

Crystal-embellished plush items sold by Majestic Boutique & Gifts are decorative art pieces intended for adult collectors only and are NOT toys. These items contain small crystals, decorative stones, and adhesive elements that may detach with handling. Loose pieces present a choking hazard. Majestic Boutique & Gifts expressly prohibits the use of these items by children under 14 years of age. The adult purchaser assumes full responsibility for the use, storage, and supervision of these products. Majestic Boutique & Gifts is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the improper use of these items as toys.

7.2 Porcelain Dolls and Fragile Collectibles

Porcelain dolls and similar items available in our store are adult collectibles intended exclusively for decorative display. Due to their extreme fragility, they are not suitable for children or frequent handling. Majestic Boutique & Gifts is not responsible for breakage or damage resulting from improper handling once the product has been delivered.

7.3 Kawaii Scoop Collection — Random Selection (Blind Scoop)

Items from the Kawaii Scoop Collection are obtained through a random selection system ("blind scoop"). By purchasing from this collection, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the items received are random and that no specific item is guaranteed. No exchanges, returns, or claims based on the items received in the scoop will be accepted. Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.

7.4 Crystal and Adhesive-Embellished Items — Natural Wear

Products decorated with crystals, rhinestones, pearls, or other adhesive elements are handcrafted items that require delicate handling. Natural wear of decorative elements resulting from handling, everyday use, or exposure to moisture does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or replacement. We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and abrasive surfaces.
