Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@majesticboutiquegifts.com with photos of the item and your order number.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Mystery kawaii scoops, Mystery kawaii scoops — each scoop is a unique, one-of-a-kind selection that cannot be replicated or resold once opened.
  • Decorated gift sets, (including decorated mirrors, decorated hair brushes, and vanity sets featuring handmade porcelain dolls), due to their handmade and one-of-a-kind nature.
  • Pet clothing that shows signs of use, washing, or wear upon inspection. Please ensure the correct size before use, as we cannot process refunds or exchanges once the item has been tried on your pet.
  • Jewelry — For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry sales are final once delivered.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
